Processing Time

  • We aim to produce and send all items within 2-7 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, all products are made to order.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Shipping Tracking
All shipments are trackable, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with an item, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Final sale items and personalised products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at whatssthatt4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will first offer a replacement of the same product that you was not happy with.

  3. If still not happy once approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions for sending the item(s) back.

  4. Please securely pack the item(s) and send them to the return address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at admin@whatsthatfour.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
